Lyne Tumlinson
Hi, I'm Lyne Tumlinson, here to give your team a LIFT!
As Team/Leadership Coach, Lyne Tumlinson helps small business and association leaders challenged with team conflict, poor productivity and losing great staff. Now an ICF-certified coach, she founded Lift Team Coaching after witnessing groups that were stuck, not having a vision (often focused on a "weak link" within the group), leaders struggling to help their group through organizational change, and emerging leaders wanting to advance their teams and their own careers.
By co-creating programs with these leaders, Tumlinson combines her passionate energy with vital updates on the "New Normal" workplace with intuitive coaching to help those who work together understand diverse personalities while identifying and expanding each others' strengths. After a recent project, an association leader noted: "Our team members treated each other with new openness and positivity, actively ready to take the organization to the next level."
Her inspiration is a vision of a world where people are excited to work together; jumping out of bed thinking, "Good morning, God!" instead of "Oh gawd, it's morning."
Building effective teams that advance toward common goals relates to Tumlinson's passion for making beautiful music directing her church's a cappella choir. She guides each singer to find their own voice and connects them to make the best possible sound together. Combining multi-faceted interests and formal knowledge in personality, cultural diversity, and leadership development, she's had the perfect storm of preparation for team coaching.
Tumlinson studied Psychology, Business, and Russian studies, earning a Master's Degree from the Univ of Kansas; along with her coach certification from the International Coach Federation, earned certifications from the American Society of Association Executives and Reach Personal Branding.
